  1. Modify GIF files by interlacing them and adding a frame.
  2. Warning: Output files will be 8 bits/pixel GIF files whatever the input files are.
  3. History:
  4. 6/95: 1st release. Make the output transparent.
  5. 9/95: no transparency, frame (what was done by the 1st release can also be done directly with clip2gif 0.7)
